Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. 4

Spread Brussels sprouts cut-side down on baking sheet in a single layer

  5. 5

Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on edges

  6. 6

While Brussels sprouts roast, cook chopped turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy

  7. 7

Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain

  8. 8

In a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer over medium heat

  9. 9

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half and syrupy

  10. 10

    Remove Brussels sprouts from oven

  11. 11

Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with crispy bacon

  12. 12

Drizzle balsamic reduction over the top

💡 Tips

  • •Don't overcrowd the pan - Brussels sprouts need space to crisp
  • •Can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon
  • •Add chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch
  • •Leftovers can be reheated in air fryer to restore crispness
