- 3
In one shallow dish, whisk together eggs and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4
In another shallow dish, combine almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt

Press into almond flour mixture, coating all sides well
- 7
Place coated tenders on the wire rack or directly on baking sheet
- 8
Lightly spray tops with cooking spray
- 9
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F
- 10
Flip halfway through for even browning
- 11
Remove from oven and immediately brush with remaining buffalo sauce
- 12
Let cool for 3 minutes before serving
- 13
Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
💡 Tips
- •Wire rack allows air circulation for crispier coating
- •Don't skip spraying with oil - it helps browning
- •Can air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes instead of baking
- •Make less spicy by reducing buffalo sauce amount
