Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 1 large Cucumber (Grated and squeezed dry)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped Fresh dill
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Make cucumber dill sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber (squeezed dry), dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.

  2. 2

Pat salmon fillets dry. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil grates well.

  4. 4

Place salmon skin-side down on grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes without moving.

  5. 5

Carefully flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F.

  6. 6

Serve salmon topped with generous dollops of cucumber dill sauce.

💡 Tips

  • •Sauce can be made a day ahead
  • •Leave skin on salmon for easier grilling
  • •Don't overcook - salmon should be slightly translucent in center
