Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork tenderloin (Trimmed)
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and rosemary.

  3. 3

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat. Sear pork on all sides until browned, about 6 minutes total.

  4. 4

Brush pork with half the balsamic mixture. Transfer skillet to oven.

  5. 5

Roast for 15-18 minutes, basting with remaining glaze halfway through, until internal temp reaches 145°F.

  6. 6

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with pan juices.

💡 Tips

  • •Pork tenderloin is very lean - don't overcook
  • •Let rest before slicing for juiciest results
  • •Reduce pan juices for thicker glaze
