💡 Tips

  • •Frozen fruit makes smoothie thick without watering it down
  • •Can't taste the spinach - it just adds nutrition
  • •Add Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein
  • •Make smoothie packs: freeze portions of ingredients in bags for quick blending
