  • 2 lbs Ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 Bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste (divided)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. 2

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, parmesan, beaten eggs, diced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

  3. 3

  4. 4

Shape mixture into a loaf about 9x5 inches on the prepared baking sheet

  6. 6

Bake for 55-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F

  8. 8

    Slice into 8 thick slices

  9. 9

Serve hot with roasted vegetables or cauliflower mash
